The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale [hereinafter referred to as the “GTCS”] aim to define the rights and obligations of HOTEL SAINT CHRISTOPHE and its Clients and in particular describe the process of online booking of our hotel services offered on our hotel’s website.
By booking services offered on the Site, the Client expressly accepts the GTCS and the conditions of sale of the selected rate, including the specific terms related to payment, modifiability, and whether the reservation is cancelable/refundable or non-cancelable/non-refundable.
ARTICLE 1 – ACCESS TO ONLINE BOOKING SERVICES
Access to online booking services is exclusively reserved for the Client:
• A natural person of legal age
• With full legal capacity to agree to the GTCS
• Contracting for strictly personal needs (excluding any commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity)
ARTICLE 2 – STEPS OF ONLINE BOOKING
To initiate the booking process, the Client first fills in an online form indicating arrival and departure dates (determining the number of nights) and number of people.
Then, descriptive sheets of the available room(s) according to the above criteria will appear, detailing:
• The essential characteristics of the proposed accommodations (room size, provided equipment, bedding, etc.)
• Additional services offered (breakfast included or not, etc.)
• Prices
• Payment methods
• Whether the offer is modifiable/cancelable or non-modifiable/non-refundable
The Client then selects the desired services to finalize the reservation. After reviewing the reservation details (price, rate conditions), they fill in their contact details and accept the GTCS before finalizing the booking. They then provide their bank details to confirm the booking:
• For a FLEXIBLE RATE: the credit card number is required, but the card will not be charged (no prepayment).
• For a NON-CANCELABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: 100% of the booking is charged at reservation and is non-refundable.
• Any extras (bar, phone, etc.) not explicitly included in the rate will be payable on site.
The Site confirms the Client’s online reservation without delay by sending:
• Either an email summarizing the services booked to the email address provided in the online form,
• Or a reservation confirmation SMS if the Client provided their mobile phone number in the online form (or at the end of the booking), including the confirmation number and hotel details.
ARTICLE 3 – MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
The conditions of sale of the selected rate specify the terms of modification and/or cancellation. When the conditions allow it (cancelable/refundable offer), the Client may cancel the reservation by clicking the link at the end of their confirmation email and following the on-screen instructions. Any booking fees are non-refundable. If the reservation is canceled after the deadline or in case of no-show, the first night without extras will be charged and is non-refundable. If the Client has paid in advance, the amount will be refunded after deducting cancellation fees.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
Prices displayed on our Sites are shown in euros or in local currency if applicable (only the local currency of the Hotel’s country is guaranteed). Prices are:
• Per room and per night
• For the number of persons and selected dates, unless stated otherwise (special offers or packages)
• Excluding tourist and local taxes
Booking on the Site guarantees the Client the lowest available rate online (for the same dates and conditions).
ARTICLE 5 – SECURE TRANSACTION
Payments must be made by one of the following cards via our secure web pages:
o Visa
o Eurocard / Mastercard
o American Express
Our websites use advanced Internet security technologies. All booking steps are secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the industry standard. Client information is encrypted and protected by server authentication and data encryption. The security certificate is issued by OVH and used by the AVAIL PRO booking system. The Client can check its validity here. The booking system is hosted in a secure server environment with biometric security, firewalls, and other technologies to prevent interference and unauthorized access.
ARTICLE 6 – PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

ARTICLE 7 – COOKIES
The site may automatically collect standard information, known as “cookies,” such as the date and time of your site visit. All indirectly collected information will be used only to analyze traffic volume, type, and configuration. ARTICLE 8 – COMPLAINTS
HOTEL SAINT CHRISTOPHE strives to satisfy its Clients. If the Client experiences any issues during booking or their stay, they are encouraged to report it promptly to limit consequences and facilitate resolution. Any complaint must be addressed directly to the Hotel. If unsatisfied with the response, the Client may contact the Travel and Tourism Mediator via www.mtv.travel.
ARTICLE 9 – RELOCATION
If the Hotel is unable to honor the reservation for reasons beyond its control, it will do its best to accommodate the Client in a nearby hotel of at least equal category at its own expense.
ARTICLE 10 – INFORMATION, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND PRODUCT REPRESENTATIONS

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW
These GTCS are governed by French law and fall under the jurisdiction of the Paris courts, subject to specific jurisdiction arising from a legal or regulatory provision.

For any comments, questions, or information about the hotel or the website, you may leave a message with the webmaster. Note: such messages may be intercepted, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed until received.
Data Protection Act
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, modify, correct, and delete your personal data (Article 394 of the Act of January 6, 1978, as amended in August 2004).
Site Access
Unauthorized access to or retention in an IT system, obstruction or distortion of such a system’s functioning, or fraudulent introduction or modification of data constitutes a criminal offense.
Intellectual Property:
HOTEL SAINT CHRISTOPHE owns or holds the rights to all site content, including data, drawings, graphics, photos, and sound recordings. Any total or partial reproduction, representation, distribution, or redistribution by any means without express prior authorization is prohibited and constitutes infringement under the Intellectual Property Code.
Site Content:
HOTEL SAINT CHRISTOPHE reserves the right to modify site content at any time without notice. HOTEL SAINT CHRISTOPHE is not liable for delays, errors, or omissions on these pages or service interruptions.
Automated Processing of Personal Data:
HOTEL SAINT CHRISTOPHE does not collect any personal data from site visitors other than that voluntarily provided via email or contact forms.
